The project of the Cultural Universiade is implemented in collaboration with major production groups, artistic unions and cultural institutions. The cooperation with the Executive Directorate of the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in the city of Kazan with museums, theatres, concert halls and cultural youth organisations allows to cover a wide variety of cultural activities.

The Composers’ Union of the Republic of Tatarstan is one of the largest and most reputable composer organisations in Russia. It ranks third after Moscow and Saint Petersburg in terms of the membership and creative potential. Sozvezdiye Yoldyzlyk, the reality television pop music festival among young performers of Tatarstan, is a massive talent show in the genre of modern popular music, which helps to discover talented ensembles and artists in the republic. Read more
