The International University Sports Federation (FISU) and the Organizing Committee of the 27th Summer Universiade Kazan 2013 are pleased to announce that the Heads of Delegations Meeting of the 27th Summer Universiade will be held from April 3rd (Wednesday) to April 7th (Sunday), 2013 in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation at the Korston Hotel (address: 1A, Nikolay Ershov street, Kazan, 420061, Russia).

All the Heads of Delegations of participating countries for the 27th Summer Universiade are cordially invited to this meeting.

The official Invitations including the HOD Meeting Programme, Participation Form, Accreditation and Travel Form, Accommodation Form and Question Form were sent to the Heads of Delegations on December 27th -28th, 2012 by January 3rd, 2013 via email/fax/ or express delivery.
