Russian boxers have decisively won the team scoring of Universiade

The Russian national team won with a great lead the team scoring at the Universiade boxing tournament which ended on Wednesday in the capital of Tatarstan.

The Student's national team led by head coach Ivan Shidlovskii, has won six (of the ten competed ) awards of the highest value and two silver medals. The team captain Sergey Vodopiyanov (weight category up to 56 kg), Adlan Abdurashidov (60), Razhab Butaev (64), Andrei Zamkovoi (69), Eugeny Tishchenko (91) and Magomed Omarov (91 +) became winners. Misha Aloian (52) and Dmitrii Bivol (81) won silver medals of the tournament.

The second highest number of gold medals went to the team of Ukraine which got under its belt two first places and one third place.
The team of Uzbekistan closed the top three teams (one gold, four silver and three bronze medals), Mongolia has one first place and five third places, while Kazakhstan got two silver and two bronze medals. The winners of the tournament awards were also representatives of Armenia, South Korea, Moldova, Turkey, France, Belarus and Lithuania. The 27th Summer Universiade in Kazan will end on July 17.
